Thank you for choosing CT Agency for your travel experience. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to any travel services and/or products you book with CT Agency (the “Services”). By confirming a booking with CT Agency, you agree to the following:
1. Booking Contract
A booking is considered confirmed once CT Agency has received the required deposit and provided written confirmation. The primary traveler, known as the Lead Client, must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of booking. By making a reservation for multiple travelers, the Lead Client accepts these Terms on behalf of all participants and assumes responsibility for all payments due.
2. Health & Fitness to Travel
All clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel. Any health concerns, dietary requirements, or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. CT Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Some destinations may require vaccinations or have limited medical facilities, and clients should consult a healthcare professional in advance of travel.
3. Payments
A deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the amount varying depending on the trip. Final payment is due sixty (60) days prior to departure. Bookings made less than sixty (60) days before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any deposits already paid.
4. Cancellations by Client
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a cancellation is made sixty-one (61) days or more before departure, the client will forfeit only the deposit. Cancellations made between thirty-one (31) and sixty (60) days before departure may result in a penalty of up to fifty percent (50%) of the total trip cost. Cancellations made thirty (30) days or fewer before departure may result in a penalty of up to one hundred percent (100%) of the total trip cost. CT Agency strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage to protect their investment.
5. Cancellations by CT Agency
CT Agency reserves the right to cancel a trip for reasons including, but not limited to, low enrollment, safety concerns, or Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics. In the event of cancellation by CT Agency, clients may either transfer to another available trip or receive a full refund of monies paid, excluding third-party costs such as airline tickets not booked through CT Agency.
6. Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused accommodations, meals, activities, or services once the trip has commenced.
7. Pricing
All prices are subject to change as a result of fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, fuel surcharges, or other supplier-related adjustments. Once final payment has been received, the total trip price is guaranteed and will not be increased.
8. Travel Documents
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports with at least six (6) months’ validity beyond the return date, as well as any required visas, permits, or vaccinations. While CT Agency will provide guidance, it accepts no liability for denied boarding, entry refusal, or other travel interruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.
9. Insurance
CT Agency highly recommends that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip interruption, and baggage loss. Proof of coverage may be required prior to departure.
10. Responsibility & Liability
CT Agency acts only as an intermediary between clients and independent suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, and transport providers. As such, CT Agency cannot be held liable for acts or omissions of these suppliers, nor for injury, loss, delay, or damage resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Clients are responsible for their own safety and conduct throughout the trip.
11. Changes to Itinerary
Itineraries may be subject to modification due to weather, operational issues, or other factors outside CT Agency’s control. In such cases, CT Agency will make reasonable efforts to provide comparable alternatives.
12. Claims & Complaints
Any complaints should be raised immediately with the local operator or with CT Agency during the trip to allow an opportunity for resolution. Formal written complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of returning from travel for review.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
